Terms and conditions

These terms regulate the use of the site and all purchases made at Glam Luxe by HJ. By creating an account or confirming an order, you declare that you have read and accepted them.

During the purchasing process, we ask you to expressly accept these terms; we store the date and time of that acceptance along with your order.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Each product has an individual price and a wholesale price.

The wholesale price is applied automatically when your cart totals 6 or more items, which can be from different products and sizes. Upon reaching it, the wholesale price is applied to all pieces in the cart.

Prices may change without prior notice, but the price of a confirmed order is frozen and will not be modified afterwards.

When you confirm your order, we reserve the items and their inventory for 3 days while we verify your payment. The order is not considered confirmed until the payment has been verified.

If payment is not confirmed within that time frame, the reservation expires automatically and the items become available again for other customers.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to obvious price or inventory errors; in that case, we will notify you and, if you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.

We accept credit or debit card, processed by a certified payment provider: we do not store your card details.

We also accept Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal. These payments are verified manually; your order is confirmed once payment is checked. A rejected or unverifiable payment may result in the cancellation of your order.

In retail purchases, the shipping cost depends on the number of items and is displayed in your cart before you pay.

For wholesale-priced orders, shipping is coordinated directly with you based on volume and destination.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays by the shipping carrier.

All sales are final. The only exception is factory damage reported within the first 24 hours from delivery, as per our Return Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the activity conducted with your account. Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use.

The name Glam Luxe by HJ, its logo, photographs, and website texts are the property of the brand and may not be used without written authorization.

We can update these terms to reflect changes in our service. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its last update date; orders already confirmed are governed by the terms accepted when purchasing.
